Exchanges & Claims

At Silkstrandco, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging (including tags, lace, and hygiene seals) is intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

⚠️ Non-eligible items:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer direct refunds to original payment methods.

However, in special cases (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit (recommended option)

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Store Credit (If Applicable)

If your request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued as store credit (e-wallet balance)
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • It can be used for future purchases on our website

⚠️ Important:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Original payment processing fees may not be refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will fall under this Return Policy

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Order Issues / Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product

We will prioritize resolving your issue quickly.
